S91 Top Up

Step 1 – Open the Top Up Page

Sign in to your S91 account and open the Top Up section to view the available amount and payment options.

Step 2 – Select Your Top Up Amount

Choose one of the displayed preset amounts—RM30, RM100, RM500, RM1,000 or RM3,000—or select Custom Amount to enter another amount.

Step 3 – Choose a Payment Method

Select the payment method you want to use. S91 displays FPX, DuitNow QR and Touch ’n Go as available Top Up options.

Step 4 – Select Pay Now

After confirming your amount and payment method, select Pay Now to continue to the relevant payment page. By proceeding, you also agree to the applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy displayed on the Top Up page.

Step 5 – Complete the Payment

Follow the instructions provided by the selected payment channel. The exact process differs between FPX online banking, DuitNow QR and Touch ’n Go.

Step 1 – Select FPX

On the S91 Top Up page, choose your amount, select FPX, and tap Pay Now to proceed to the payment gateway.

Step 2 – Choose Your Online Bank

On the payment page, select an available online banking option. The displayed FPX payment interface includes Maybank, RHB Bank, Public Bank, AmBank, Hong Leong Bank, CIMB Bank, Affin Bank and Bank Simpanan Nasional.

Step 3 – Continue to Bank Authorization

Continue through the selected bank’s online payment process and complete the required authorization. Make sure your bank account is activated for online payment processing.

Step 4 – Complete the Transaction

Follow the payment gateway instructions until the transaction result is provided. Avoid clicking a submission button more than once or refreshing the browser while the transaction is being processed.

Step 5 – Keep Your Reference Number

Take note of the reference number shown for your transaction. It can be used when contacting Customer Service if further assistance with the payment is required.

Step 1 – Select DuitNow QR

Choose your Top Up amount, select DuitNow QR, and tap Pay Now to generate the payment page.

Step 2 – Check the Payment Details

Before paying, verify the displayed reference number, order amount and Pay Only amount to ensure the payment information matches your Top Up request.

Step 3 – Scan the DuitNow QR Code

Use a supported banking or payment app to scan the displayed DuitNow QR code and complete the payment for the exact amount shown.

Step 4 – Complete the Payment Before the QR Expires

The generated QR code has an expiry countdown. Complete the payment while the QR remains valid. Do not proceed if the QR code or order has already expired.

Step 5 – Do Not Reuse the QR Code

The displayed payment instructions state that the QR code should only be scanned and paid once. Do not reuse the same QR code, and avoid going back or refreshing the payment page while completing the transaction.

Step 1 – Select Touch ’n Go

Choose the required amount on the S91 Top Up page, select Touch ’n Go, and tap Pay Now to continue.

Step 2 – Check Your Order Information

The payment page displays the Top Up amount, date, order ID and S91 as the payment recipient. Review these details before proceeding.

Step 3 – Select the E-Wallet

Under Select Payment Method, choose E-Wallet and select Touch ’n Go from the available e-wallet option.

Step 4 – Confirm the Payment Amount

Check that the amount displayed on the payment button matches the intended S91 Top Up amount before proceeding with payment.

Step 5 – Complete the Touch ’n Go Payment

Continue through the Touch ’n Go payment process and follow the instructions presented by the payment service to complete your Top Up.

Preset and Custom Top Up Options

The S91 Top Up interface provides preset selections of RM30, RM100, RM500, RM1,000 and RM3,000. A Custom Amount option is also available for users who need to enter a different Top Up value.

Review Previous Top Up Records

The History section is located below the payment area on the S91 Top Up page. Users can refer to this section to check their available Top Up records after making transactions. If there are no records, the page displays “No top up history yet.”

Verify the Amount and Payment Details

Always check the selected Top Up amount and payment information before submitting a transaction. When redirected to a payment page, verify the displayed amount and available transaction or reference information before continuing.

Avoid Repeated Submission or Refreshing

Follow the instructions shown by the selected payment gateway. For the displayed FPX and DuitNow QR processes, users are specifically advised not to repeatedly submit, refresh or navigate back while a payment is being processed.

Do Not Pay an Expired DuitNow QR

DuitNow QR transactions include an expiry countdown. If the QR code or order has expired, do not proceed with that payment.

What payment methods are available for S91 Top Up?

What is the minimum preset S91 Top Up amount?

The lowest preset amount displayed on the Top Up page is RM30.

Can I enter my own S91 Top Up amount?
